Tagging issue when file passed to ffmpeg

Not sure if this an issue with YouTube-dl or ffmpeg but when tagging audio streams from youtube using the parameters below the %title% tag shows artist - title rather than just the title. Affects both m4a and files converted to MP3.

My batch file:

set /p URL=enter URL:
C:\Shortcuts\youtube-dl\youtube-dl.exe --add-metadata -f 140 -o "%%(title)s.%%(ext)s" "%URL%"

Have also tried this which gives the following error:

[fromtitle] Could not interpret title of video as "(title)s"

This results in a filename starting NA, for example NA - Artist - Title.m4a

When you consult the json (-j), you'll see only 2 relevant objects:

There's no object "artist" that youtube-dl could use.

You need to escape all % in batch files. See also #11747
