Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

I'm attempting to save a Youtube Red show with its season and episode numbers for easier automated archiving. youtube-dl provides season_number and episode_number keys for the output template but these are not populated for Youtube Red episodes. Below is program output, note the output filename containing "NA"
