Twitch recently replaced the
twitch.tv/<user>/v/<video_id>VOD URL format with thetwitch.tv/videos/<video_id>URL format, which the Twitch extractor doesn't recognise. The generic extractor does detect that the page is a Twitch VOD and passes it to the
twitch:vodextractor, allowing the VOD to be downloaded. The old URL format now redirects (301 Moved Permanently) to the new URL format.
