I was downloading a rather large audiobook from YouTube and youtube-dl created about 92 simultaneous download fragments. Is there a way to limit it to one because I don't want to get kicked out from YouTube?

youtube-dl does not create fragments on its own. Some files are served in fragments by YouTube itself.
