[Youtube] Choppy playback after merge 137 and 140 format with ffmpeg

After merge - playback is choppy, looks like it is about 7-12 fps instead of 25.

If i use -k to not delete tracks and merge same files with mp4box playback is fine. But i recieve errors:

there are lot of them

Found out that this happens only with old urls, new ones are ok.
