Add an option for shelves (that is playlists groups) like %(shelf)s or %(playlists_group)s or %(group)s so when downloading playlists grouped in a shelf they are downloaded in a subfolder named as the shelf

This does not solve the problem in general. There can be an arbitrary nesting of playlists.
