www.npo.nl is the website of the public broadcaster of The Netherlands. Support for this site was added to youtube-dl years ago (see #3145).

Their website switched from Flash video to HTML5 video very recently. Now it seems youtube-dl is no longer able to download videos from the site.

You are using an outdated version of youtube-dl. Read this FAQ entry if you have troubles updating.

I updated using -U. No effect.
