Make sure you are using the latest version: run youtube-dl --version and ensure your version is 2017.03.07. If it's not read this FAQ entry and update. Issues with outdated version will be rejected.

  • I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2017.03.07

Before submitting an issue make sure you have:

  • Feature request (request for a new functionality)

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

So when trying to download it seems we cannot get the title right. When searching a while for bugs I found that the content common.py _download_webpage was getting was only a file containing:

<h1>Not Found</h1><script language="JavaScript" src="\/api\/online_yun_en.php"></script>

which doesn't reflect what a curl gets from the address.
