Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

youtube-dl is able to recognize jp.channel.pandora.tv links such as http://jp.channel.pandora.tv/channel/video.ptv?ch_userid=mikakim&prgid=54600345&ref=main&c1=&lot=cate_01_2 (chosen randomly from the front page of http://jp.pandora.tv/) but links in the form of http://m.pandora.tv/... are not recognized.

The link formats seem to be both similar and different: http://jp.channel.pandora.tv/channel/video.ptv?ch_userid=mikakim&prgid=54575100&ref=main&c1=&lot=cate_01_2 vs. http://m.pandora.tv/?c=view&ch_userid=mikakim&prgid=54575100 (these are the same video).
