Brief description:

Base site being unsupported, I found manifest with Wireshark located here:
http://capi.9c9media.com/destinations/ctv_web/platforms/desktop/contents/1077150/contentpackages/1448525/stacks/4229341/manifest.f4m

Entering that into youtube-dl yields HTTP 404, it's requesting the incorrect URL for segments
Correct URLs should appear like:
http://pe-ak-vp06a-9c9media.akamaized.net/origin/ae/2017-03-13/2108494188FF3E4E/hds/00010201/e719f8b794c82388/index/6f7b9305/ctv/stream/h264-aac/v1-v1/1856000-96000/segment/Seg1-Frag1

It instead is requesting:
