It Cannot Download Videos on Bilibili.com

I'm sure that I'm using the latest version and I'm using the correct command.
When you download a video on Bilibili ,(e.g. youtube-dl "http://bangumi.bilibili.com/anime/5778/play#100701"),it can't finish the downloading, but will stay at XX% and doesn't change then.But when you do the command again, the XX% will get a bit bigger, after trying THOUSANDS OF TIMES,the downloading finishes. I'm sure I can access Bilibili because I'm in mainland China and I've used it for 3 years.

Apparently bilibili developers has taken some actions to block downloading tools. The patch at #11476 can solve it. Please move to #11476 or #6923 for further discussions.
