Problems with download server

Just a heads-up - youtube-dl.org is misbehaving today. Went to grab latest youtube-dl with wget as directed on the site and received a "host failed to resolve" error"

It worked yesterday. Today the homepage looks different; select links yield the message "Backend not healthy" on the youtube-dl.org domain; and wget fails.

I suspect someone at youtube-dl.org is already alerted to this; but thought prudent to advise someone here just in case. Looks like we can still download and unpack tar files without wget which I will attempt to do.

The server looks perfectly fine to me, but I'll investigate. Host failed to resolve is most a DNS error and unrelated to the server itself.

Can you post a screenshot of how the site looks for you? Do you get the same result on https://yt-dl.org/ ?

Yes, that's perfectly fine - that server is only the download server. You can click on Homepage (at the right) to get to our normal homepage. I'll consider updating the download server to a somewhat nicer state.
