Logging into Funimation failing

Make sure you are using the latest version: run youtube-dl --version and ensure your version is 2017.05.07. If it's not read this FAQ entry and update. Issues with outdated version will be rejected.

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Attempting to log in to Funimation with youtube-dl fails and youtube-dl stops running as outlined by ERROR: Unable to log in. My OS is Antergos (based on Arch) and is fully updated.
