Make sure you are using the latest version: run youtube-dl --version and ensure your version is 2017.05.18.1. If it's not read this FAQ entry and update. Issues with outdated version will be rejected.

If the purpose of this issue is a bug report, site support request or you are not completely sure provide the full verbose output as follows:

Mac VideoRipper Pro. Window isn't big enough (and not resizable) to see the whole error message. Attempting to download http://www.god.tv/video/prophecy-in-the-news/orlando-prophecy-summit/islam%2C%20isis-and-the-caliphate and get the message "Unable to extract ooyala id; please report this issue on https://yt-dl.org/bug . Make sure your are using th the rest is truncated.

Same problem on Windows Server 2016 and the last version of youtube-dl (with gui). No download for audio or video.

No log registered. Oo
