My feature request is for GoogleDrive download speed. Gdrive share video source light speed. But it has peak high download speed like 50 or 75Mbit.

If youtube-dl start it with peak and pause it's lowest time start again, it will download full peak speed.

For example:

When user enter this command => youtube-dl -i -f '18' '%(height)s.%(ext)s" https://drivelink

Youtube-dl starts it than wath download speed. If speed under 10Mbit, youtube-dl stops that and resume by auto. So file is downloaded constantly higher 10Mbit/seconds.
