Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

I'm using youtube-dl by embedding it in a python script. I have observed that the DASH format of the video is indicated by format_note attribute of the video info dict. Problem is that in 1080p and 480p (webm only) versions of the video, the format_note says 1080p/480p instead of Dash video, making it hard to detect a DASH video programmatically.
