youtube-dl only returns the base URL, which is useless by itself.
It should return the URL with the playpath: rtmp://artestras.fcod.llnwd.net/a3903/o35/mp4:geo/videothek/EUR_DE_FR/tvguide/048330-000-A_SQ_2_VF-STF_00645256_MP4-2200_AMM-Tvguide.mp4?e=1377684244&h=5d166a58594cb3f4b363d73ef8e7ba54
