I can reproduce this behavior with multiple videos. However, I'm not sure whether that's intentional by YouTube, as it looks like a lot of videos (for example the our test video) also fail in the web interface.

This is fixed for me now, from multiple ISPs (seems to have been a YouTube malfunction). I'm closing this issue now, but feel free to comment if it persists, and I'll promptly reopen it.

The verbose log should include the command line and some debugging information. For example:
