Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

If I use --embed-subs --convert-subs srt and the audio format is compatible with the video format or both are in a single file, I get MP4 files with TX3G subtitles, rather than MKV with SRT subtitles. The subtitle format should also be considered for container compatibility.
