Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

I decided to call this a bug since SoundCloud support is already stable with profile links and song page links.

I have very little experience working with Python in such a formal manner, so I wrote some chicken scratch JavaScript to demo what I think youtube-dl should be able to do with SoundCloud station links: https://pastebin.com/FCYiBHB7

In words, the JavaScript code proves that the suggested 48 tracks for a station can be grabbed with a little modification to the current SoundClound extractor by using the existing resolution function to develop and read from this URL: https://api-v2.soundcloud.com/stations/soundcloud:track-stations:286017854/tracks?client_id=2t9loNQH90kzJcsFCODdigxfp325aq4z&offset=0&linked_partitioning=1&app_version=1500563729
