I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2017.07.30.1

Before submitting an issue make sure you have:

At least skimmed through the README, most notably the FAQ and BUGS sections
Searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones

After that it's was down and then there is another site insead of it month later.

http://player.cinchcast.com/?platformId=1&assetType=single&assetId=7141703 - shows 404.
