To make it easy to understand, see the format listing youtube-dl shows, the best format it shows is
22 mp4 1280x720 hd720 , avc1.64001F, mp4a.40.2@192k (best)

If I download in playlist format and play it via mpv I discover it is in 1920x1080 format which was not listed anywhere in the format list.

Seems to be a bug, please fix it.
