I did manage to figure to download the videos that I wanted in particular.
though i cant think of a more automatic way since i havnt done it much.

well im also new to github at least contributing. and one algorithm could solve this. but if i keep track of this i may see a pattern...

but these extractors worked for me with no automation

    _VALID_URL = r'https?://(?:www\.)?redbull\.tv/(?:video|film|live)/(?:AP-\w+/segment/)?(?P<id>AP-\w+)'

	'url': 'https://www.redbull.tv/live/AP-1R5DX4MHS1W11/vans-park-series-men-s-pro-tour',

            'id': 'AP-1QSAQUWK92111',

python -m youtube_dl --verbose https://www.redbull.tv/live/AP-1R5DX4MHS1W11/segment/AP-1QSAQUWK92111/
https://pastebin.com/7q4y7D08
for the finals event

python -m youtube_dl --verbose https://www.redbull.tv/video/AP-1S1SE3YV51W11/semi-finals?playlist=AP-1RH675PVS1W11
https://pastebin.com/VsjwVrKw
for the semi-finals event

    _VALID_URL = r'https?://(?:www\.)?redbull\.tv/(?:video|film|live)/(?:AP-\w+/segment/)?(?P<id>AP-\w+)'

        'url': 'https://www.redbull.tv/video/AP-1S1SE3YV51W11/semi-finals?playlist=AP-1RH675PVS1W11',

similar to youtube-dl -v https://www.redbull.tv/video/AP-1S1SE3YV51W11/semi-finals?playlist=AP-1RH675PVS1W11 because of the extractor of redbull
