Why not 2013.09.11? I'm confused because I maintain this package in Fedora.

Please response ASAP.

Oh, you're right. 2013.09.12 is releasing as we speak. If we'll release on 2013-11-09, we'll just call it 2013.11.10.1 or so.

There was a problem with building 2013.09.12. Version 2013.09.16 is now out and there should fully supersede 2013.11.09.
