The video at http://ici.tou.tv/les-grands-reportages/S23E135 plays very well in the browser but youtube-dl no longer works on it.
I have found that the video at http://ici.tou.tv/les-grands-reportages/S23E135 has the manifest https://rcavtoutv.akamaized.net/f520baab-db5a-43ca-808c-6ac8a896df6f/2017-08-15_20_01_30_grandsreportages_2053.ism/manifest(format=mpd-time-csf,filter=2000), so it obviously requires the ISM downloader, which youtube-dl already supports for sites such as cwtv.com. Please integrate the ISM downloader into the tou.tv and radiocanada extractors. Hopefully that would fix the problem.
