HTTP Error 403 with Pluralsight

Someone pointed out to me that they seem to be getting an error:
"ERROR: Unable to download JSON metadata: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden (caused by HTTPError());".

I checked it, and get the same error. User error, or did something change with Pluralsight?

It seem the problem fixed itself. Apparently something glitchy happened with Pluralsight at the time we attempted it. (It works for both me and he who pointed it out to me now).
