Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Downloading the "free" videos (the ones not requiring sign-in) has been working fine and continues to work fine. But downloading the ones requiring authentication didn't work even with --ap-mso until I tried the method suggested here, using youtube-dl on the specific resolution's m3u8 I wanted. But in the last few days, that no longer seems to be working.

There are two m3u8 files that load when you to go a video, the playlist with all the different resolutions and the 720p one that abc.go always uses the letter j for. You can see them in a free video too, here:
http://abc.go.com/shows/general-hospital/episode-guide/2017-09/22-friday-sept-22-2017
I've linked to one that will take the longest to expire, five days from now, but if you go to the bottom of the episodes list, you should always be able to find a valid free ep to test.

Until a few days ago, I could use the j.m3u8 link for youtube-dl and it worked like a charm, but it seems they've changed something, and now I get a 403 forbidden error. I've tried downloading using just the playlist URL, but that downloads one segment and then throws the same error.

The ap-mso method wasn't working before because I was using TWC, I switched to Charter_Direct and it works fine, so it doesn't really matter if the direct playlist link works or not anymore.
