Please, consider to add "ts" chunks counter to create new "part" file #14493

Hello

I would like to request new feature

TS counter.

It will give possibility to create new "part" file for infinite streams
For example after 100 "ts" chunks application will create new file "xxx.part_1"
After another 100 "ts" - file "xxx.part_2"

I do not think it is difficult.
