-g/--get-filename Errors

Several links have errors (tested on 2013.09.20) when using -g/--get-filename options. The behavior is not consistent. For times the operation succeeds and for times it fails.
Please regard the following example:

This should be fixed as of youtube-dl v2013.09.20.1, which adds signature 91 support. Type

sudo youtube-dl -U

or (on Windows, or if you installed youtube-dl locally)

youtube-dl -U

to update.
