Twitter videos download in corrupted form. This is not an isolated example. It happens for all Twitter videos for me. The resulting output plays fine for a few seconds and then shows timing problems. The video will speed up for a bit, then hang for a bit before resuming. The videos play without problems in the browser, so the source data would appear to be good.

I'm guessing it's either a bug in youtube-dl, one in ffmpeg, or perhaps one in the way youtube-dl invokes ffmpeg.
