BR (Bayerischer Rundfunk Mediathek) extractor broken after site redesign

Make sure you are using the latest version: run youtube-dl --version and ensure your version is 2017.11.15. If it's not, read this FAQ entry and update. Issues with outdated version will be rejected.

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

The "br.py" extractor doesn't feel responsible anymore because the video URL schema has changed with the site redesign, and the fallback generic extractor can't make any sense of it, either.
