Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Downloading format 315 (315 webm 2390x1792 1440p60 11479k , vp9, 60fps, video only, 1.40GiB) of https://youtu.be/ipmRNhM20GQ results in youtube-dl getting stuck. I managed to get format 308 started once but now it gets stuck as well. What's weird is that opening that video in browser results in a long load, then YouTube presumably fails to load the highest quality and falls back to 360p, but switching back to the highest quality manually proceeds to play it fine.
