Hi! There is at least one other open bug report about iprima in the Issues (#14504) . However, it is labeled as georestricted. There are also videos which are not georestricted and cannot be downloaded from this website.

Make sure you are using the latest version: run youtube-dl --version and ensure your version is 2017.11.15. If it's not, read this FAQ entry and update. Issues with outdated version will be rejected.
