Test data is missing in tarball (youtube-dl-2017.11.15.tar.gz)

The youtube-dl-2017.11.15.tar.gz tarball from https://rg3.github.io/youtube-dl/download.html does not contain the test/testdata directory and thus fails its test-suite.
The tests which fail are

• test_parse_f4m_formats (test.test_InfoExtractor.TestInfoExtractor)
• test_parse_m3u8_formats (test.test_InfoExtractor.TestInfoExtractor)

As the directory in question is only 28K in size (which is negligible in contrast to the rest), I suggest to include it in any future release tarball.
