Not able to download from Nova PBS

### Description of your *issue*, suggested solution and other information

Download from Nova PBS documentary site is not working (atleast from today).
It used to work atleast till Nov 26 ,2017.I have pasted the log and BTW I am in geo restrcited area for Nova PBS.

The above logs are from the command I tried:
youtube-dl.exe --list-formats http://www.pbs.org/video/ghosts-of-stonehenge-9pzyjb/ --verbose
