Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

Trying to download a video behind a subscription leads to an authentication issue, which issue was not previous maybe 2 or 3 months ago. Maybe the service changed its authentication backend since?

Since an account might be required, please let me know at which email address I can forward my credentials to troubleshoot the issue.
