I get the same error, although it works with youtube-dl 'http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysDONtZ5d4g' -f 22, all the flv and webm formats fails.

We should clarify that this is an error of YouTube and not youtube-dl.

nevertheless Jeckmans Youtube downloader can download it.

This seems to be a known intermittent server-side problem with YouTube which they usually resolve after a period of time, as discussed here.
