--no-playlist option is not working with Hotstar

Hotstar playlist download support was implemented in build 2017.11.06. But, --no-playlist option is not properly implemented. As a result it downloads the all videos from the same series unnecessarily. I have just added the logs for getting the available formats. It's same when downloading the videos. It downloads all videos.

• I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2017.12.02
• At least skimmed through the README, most notably the FAQ and BUGS sections
• Searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones
  Similar issue exists there. But, It's due the fact that user is not aware of changes. Here I am discussing about non existence of --no-playlist option for hotstar

Yes, I'm also facing the same issue while downloading hotstar videos.
Using updated version of (2018.01.27).
