download from youtube it's slow, why ?

hi , i have a big problem with download speed , my connection speed it's 100mbit , but why it's so slowly ?
i tried to use "--force-ipv4" ,it tried external downloader aria2 but not work for certificate error.
anyone know any tricks to use all bandwidth ?
