Add the -v flag to your command line you run youtube-dl with (youtube-dl -v <your command line>), copy the whole output and insert it here. It should look similar to one below (replace it with your log inserted between triple ```):

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

A show streamable on ndr.de (or downloadable via vavideo.de) is not available via youtube-dl.
Problem happens on the show page (https://www.ndr.de/fernsehen/Die-Geschichte-eines-Abends,sendung712356.html) as with the show in the mediathek (https://www.ndr.de/fernsehen/Die-Geschichte-eines-Abends,abend156.html)

Yes, the extractor for ndr.de seems to be broken. The two internal extractor tests also fail ("Unable to extract embed URL").

For reference, this was fixed in 310ea46.

And, also for reference, the other issue (of which this is a duplicate): #15203.
