This is an error on YouTube's site (most likely, their filesystem has broken). We should try to restart the downloading process, and clarify that this is a YouTube error and unrelated to youtube-dl. You can try downloading another format (with -f) - that will request another file from YouTube.

This is very odd, now this video works and has all 1080p and 720p formats in MP4 and webm too.
Till now all videos I've tried the last 2 days didn't had the 1080p and had the Dash formats.

Just got a similar problem with the following playlist:

I tried with every video in the playlist and it failed with every single one, except for the first (menu music).

This behaviour is consistent across versions. I tried with 2012.09.27 and 2013.11.13.

Switching formats did help. I don't think that's the solution, though.
