For a long time I had problems downloading certain Ustream videos.
Then I think I discovered something by accident.
I started watching one of those videos with my browser - just the first seconds of it - and I was able to download the video immediately.
Seems like those videos were just kind of 'offline' when not being watched or opened for a long time.
And starting to watch them with a browser seem to 'wake them up' and making them 'online' available again.
Maybe this phenomenon applies to other streaming sites as well?
