Note that **youtube-dl does not support sites dedicated to [copyright infringement](https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl#can-you-add-support-for-this-anime-video-site-or-site-which-shows-current-movies-for-free)**. In order for site support request to be accepted all provided example URLs should not violate any copyrights.

### Description of your *issue*, suggested solution and other information

I am wondering if the blob format is supported since more and more site is using this format.
Quora somehow has a suggestion that youtube-dl support blob.

I have tried so but its not working. Error shown above.
I am using this sit as an example. If blob need to be handled "site by site", I do not need a site support on this once. Thanks

https://www.av01.tv/640a5610-71d6-4741-ae4f-0be4f8cbe337 is 404 that is clearly reported in the error message. Also youtube-dl does not support sites dedicated to copyright infringement.
