Downloading with --write-thumbnail aborts if there is no thumbnail

I expected it to continue even if there is no thumbnail, because I specified --ignore-errors, but it does not:

(On another note, YouTube actually does have a thumbnail for this video in https://www.youtube.com/user/zurichminds/videos and in the recommendations sidebar - not sure what's going wrong.)

Fixed, it will now report a warning (you won't need to use --ignore-errors). thanks for the report!
