If the purpose of this issue is a bug report, site support request or you are not completely sure provide the full verbose output as follows:

It's the windows precompiled exe, run under Cygwin (but it gives the same output under normal cmd.exe)

It seems that they have changed something at the site side, and this kind of URLs can't be extracted anymore (I found a similar closed issue but I don't know if it's the same problem):
