Cant find config file on android mobile.

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

I am looking to change the config file to add some quick settings however I got youtube-dl on android via pip installation on Qpython and I am having difficulty finding the directory in which the config file resides in. Even with hidden files showed and a search for files with the extension ".conf" I could not find anything. Is there anything I'm doing wrong here I've attempted to use the "--config-location PATH" option in a python terminal but have no idea what to replace "PATH" with. If someone has any knowledge on where to find the config file on a android file system I would greatly appreciate it!
