flag "w" ignored - new file name

After update youtube-dl, old video start downloads again, because yotube-dl use new filename for videos - with symbol "?".

Old video name:
Антон Кекс — Как нам спасти Java? — Часть 1-TSAlj04_tkA.mp4

New video name:
Антон Кекс — Как нам спасти Java — Часть 1-TSAlj04_tkA.mp4

I download video through batch-file, it contains next url:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSAlj04_tkA
I had to delete "list" in url, because bug #1525

Bash script:
youtube-dl -cilw --max-quality 22 -a ~/Downloads/JUG-2013.batch --verbose

Since #502 the '?' character is not included in the filenames.

By the way, you don't need to specify the c and l options, they are the default behaviour, also youtube-dl won't download (and overwrite) a video that has already been downloaded.
