[dreisat] 3sat falls back to rtmpdump (flash video) download

• I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2017.12.23 (yes, not 2018, but these are just a few days, so come on, I also verified that the affected plugin has not been changed since Jan 2017, so these days hardly matter)

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

So, as you can see, it falls back to RTMP, which is Adobe's protocol for flash videos. However, when accessing the site in question, it turns out, it does not use flash (primarily, at least, it likely has a flash fallback).

So it would be great (and seems to be possible from the website) to add support for dreisat (3sat) without using RTMP/the flash fallback. FYI: the player seems to be very similar (or even the same) to the one the ZDF mediathek uses.
Also the RTMP download speed is quite slow (1.20MiB/s), don't know if HTML video would be faster though…
