Slow Youtube Download Speed

Hello, when I try to download Youtube Videos or mp3, the speed goes from my normal 5.9 MB/s to 50kbit/s.
1 week ago it did work fine (didnt try between that time).

Did Youtube make it, for "stopping" downloading videos, or is it a problem on my side? Cuz looks like nobody here post an issue about that.

I dont think I did change any network settings.

Happens on downloading Video and Audio (if theres another option it probably happens there too)
