About a week ago, I was able to download videos from Investigation Discovery's' website without needing to apply --cookies cookies.txt . I thought perhaps Youtube-dl was able to download again on this website. Today I tried again, and for some reason, Youtube-dl isn't recognizing the cookies command. Youtube-dl says ERROR: This video is only available via cable service provider subscription that is not currently supported. You may want to use --cookies.

./youtube-dl -U
youtube-dl is up-to-date (2018.01.27)
./youtube-dl -F https://www.investigationdiscovery.com/tv-shows/see-no-evil/full-episodes/seen-at-susans
[Discovery] seen-at-susans: Downloading webpage

The Discovery sites are known to be broken at this time. Please close this issue and follow #14954. Also, as per the first line of the issue, you should endeavor to put xs into all the boxes.
